Jess & Sharlene from Ocean Tree Yoga Studio are hosting a kids retreat day.

Activities include:


Yoga and Meditation will begin the day. Followed by a short morning tea break. DIY arts and crafts including a take home mediation jar. Face or body paint will be offered by Tamara. Jess and Sharlene will prepare a cooking demo on the Art of Making Buddha Bowls followed by Lunch which is all included.

When: Thursday September 28th

Time: 9am-2pm

Less than one week cancellation notice: 50% of total payment will be Refunded

No show, early departure or late commencement on retreat day : Non Refundable
