Sound of Peace is a intentional two-hour experience designed to help you reflect on the year that has been and welcome the final days of 2025 with clarity and an open heart.
This special event weaves together music, mantra, movement, and meditation, all supported by live performance and thoughtful guidance.
What to Expect
✨ Live Music
Enjoy soulful, immersive soundscapes performed by Jess & Alena
• Jess, will offer the warm, grounding tones of the harmonium, setting a steady foundation for breath and stillness.
• Alena, a gifted singer and songwriter, will play guitar and share powerful mantras crafted to open the heart, settle the mind, and elevate the spirit.
✨ Mantra
Experience the resonance of shared chanting, supported by live music, to harmonize breath, voice, and inner awareness.
✨ Movement
Guided by Jess, this movement practice blends yoga foundations with a focus on freedom and fluidity, encouraging you to release tension, tune into your body, and move with intuition.
✨ Meditation
Settle into a deeply guided meditation led by Alena, who brings many years of experience and has been given the blessing of her teacher to share her knowledge. Her approach offers a safe, heart-led space for grounding, reflection, and renewal.
Giving Back This Christmas
In the spirit of community and compassion, $10 from every ticket sold will be donated to support a family in need this Christmas.
The gift voucher provided to the family will be purchased from a local business, ensuring we also uplift our community and help support small local operators during the holiday season.

Previous yoga, meditation, mantra or music experience is not required, just come as you are. Leave with a lighter spirit, a clearer mind, and a deeper sense of peace & joy.
