You don't have to be young, fit or supple - you will benefit from the start of your yoga journey regardless of your age and fitness level. Through regular practice, you will become energised, achieve a sense of calm and be ready to deal with all of life's situations. We offer a range of weekly yoga classes, including kids yoga. PAYMENTS
NEW TO YOGA
- Do I need to book? If you are attending one of our in-person classes, you do NOT need to book. If you are joining us live from the studio in the comfort of your own home, please purchase a Virtual Yoga ticket.
- Do I need to bring my own yoga mat? If you don't have your own yoga mat, don't worry. We have a range of mats available for us. All mats are thoroughly cleaned after each session, but you can also bring a towel to lay down over the top of your mat if you wish.
- Are there bathrooms? We have a bathroom located downstairs at the back of the building near the carpark (sorry, no showers!).
- Is there parking close by? The best parking is available on Freshwater Street (the street behind the Esplanade). There is limited parking spaces on the Esplanade.
- Is there a cancellation policy? The majority of our classes are walk-in, and therefore, don't require a booking. We do however ask that you arrive at least 1o minutes before the start of class. If you have purchased a ticket to join a livestream yoga session, we ask that you cancel at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled class. Please contact the studio to notify us and we can reschedule your livestream session.
PAYMENTS
- How can I pay? We accept EFTPOS in the studio and online.
- What is the payment structure? Our payment structure for studio classes is 'pay as you go' with no lock in contracts for studio classes. If you wish to receive a discount, you might want to consider one of our memberships.
NEW TO YOGA
- How do I prepare for my first class? For your first class, it's a good idea to arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you can settle into the space and ask your teacher any questions. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch (and sweat) in, and please do not eat a big meal before class!
- What yoga class should I attend? We recommend starting out with Slow Gentle Yoga if this is your first time. However, all our classes are suitable for all skill levels - we provide posture variations wherever we can. Read more about our Types of Yoga.
