PREPARING YOUR YOGA SPACE @ HOME
*Set up your yoga mat somewhere with minimal distractions
*Wear comfortable clothing
*You might like to use any of your yoga props, which include blocks, straps, cushion, eye pillow, blankets. However you do not need to use or have props to practice yoga as there will be variations given with postures.
*Please do not eat a big meal before class.
