Chair YogaChair yoga is based around many of the traditional yoga postures and sequences of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga except they are modified with the use of a chair. Chair yoga supports anyone who struggles to get up and down from the floor, anyone that has limited mobility or nursing an injury. However these are not the only reasons why one would practice chair yoga as it can certainly improve a students alignment with the option of even going a little further in some postures if it is suitable to the individual.
